We are looking for a creative, hard working merchandiser to look after the flower and plant displays at our local Gisborne supermarket! The work will involve receiving and processing boxes of flower deliveries, floral quality control, and visual merchandising.

Contract type: This is a casual cover role so hours are not regular. Instead you will be contacted and offered shifts from time to time when the work is available. Such as when staff are away sick or on holiday. Or to add additional support for our main events.

Days of work: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Shift hours: Approximately 1.50 - 2.00 hours per shift.

We require you to be:

• Flexible
• Capable with lifting up to 12-15kg due to the lifting of buckets, boxes and flowers involved
• Reliable with reliable transport
• Available to work as required to cover or support with our major events e.g Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Christmas.
• Friendly with a can-do attitude
• Ability to use a smart-phone
